WALKING INTO 'BOB'S SKATES', CHOI MISO COULDN'T HELP BUT FEEL A WAVE OF NOSTALGIA OVERCOME HER.

Memories of her childhood were flashing through her mind as she and her friends approached the front desk to collect their rollerblades. She could remember Beomgyu falling to the floor and onto his butt as soon as he stepped onto the Roller Rink and both of her parents couldn't help but laugh. She also remembered the times when her older brother acted like an older brother. How he'd hold her hand to help her keep steady and pick her up from the floor once she had fallen.

"Look at this slimy Greaser." Chanyoung scoffed in disgust, looking at the tall boy behind the counter. Miso couldn't help but sigh sadly. He must've been new, considering the girl visited the place quiet often and hadn't seen him working there before. He was only there to do his job. He didn't deserve the mean comments.

The Choi girl remained silent as her eyes examined the Greaser behind the desk. His skin was pale — almost as pale as the snow in the winter time. His eyebrows were dark and thick, just like his hair that parted down the middle. His eyes were inky and his nose was perfect. His lips were plump and red and the few moles that were dotted around his face gave him character.

Once Miso completed her 'examination', her eyes trailed down to the name tag that was on his plain, purple uniform. Sunghoon.

Instantly, Miso recognized the name as one of the Greasers Taehee would rant about when complaining about her brother and his best friend. Jay was always with Sunghoon...

After the group of Socs gave Sunghoon their shoe sizes and he'd brought them back their skates, a long huff fell past his lips as he then formed them into a tight-knit (forced) smile.

"Make Bob proud." He gritted through his teeth and Minhee couldn't help but laugh at the boy, causing Miso to nudge him as a way of telling him to stop.

"Nice one, Grease." Minhee nodded, before the five of them walked away to go out their skates on — Miso staying behind with Sunghoon.

The Greaser sent her a look of annoyance and Miso sighed and took a step closer to the desk. "I'm sorry for the way they act." She apologized, quite obviously catching Sunghoon off guard.

"Hmm?" He raised a brow in confusion, folding his arms across his chest.

"I apologize." She repeated and all Sunghoon could do was nod, suspicious of the girl.

Without another word, Miso sent him a small smile before she excused herself and joined her friends to put on her own skates.

Choi Miso wasn't going to lie. She was brilliant at skating. She had perfect balance and knew the rink at Bobs Skates inside and out — but that was only because she tended to spend her weekends here. She was a regular.

Eventually, when the group of friends were on the rink, Miso couldn't help but burst out laughing as she watched Chanyoung tumble to the floor harshly. He grunted in pain and rubbed the back of his head as he attempted to get back up — though before he could, Minhee decided to help him, this action only causing Minhee to fall down on top of the brunette boy.
