For in their hearts, change may lay.
Release the grip, let go the pain,
Seek peace of mind, let not disdain.
Swear to let it not in vain,
Drain not into numbness, break the chain.
Guide it to a place that's right,
In comfort, find your solace's light.
Take care, be gentle, ease the strain,
On yourself, let not hardship reign.
In forgiveness, strength will find,
A peaceful heart, a tranquil mind.
