most of the characters are aged up by one year. the prophecy will still happen when percy is 16. it will happen this way because sea of monsters is going to be in summer, closer to the beginning of the year and titans curse will be at the end of the same year. so all of them will be 14 in both of those. it might not work perfectly but we're just gonna pretend it does.
