˗ˏ𓆩ˋ Do you always have tears in your eyes when Dom drives away '𓆪ˎ˗

Dayanara was wiping away her tears in hopes that no one would have noticed that she was crying, but Brian saw the brown haired girl and made no mistake trying to catch up to her

"Daya" he spoke walking by her side

"Oh hey, I just wanted to go to the cookout-" she tried to seem okay but he had other thoughts and cut her off

"What's going on?" He questioned her but she kept het pace

"What are you talking about"

"You know what I'm talking about" beginning to get impatient

"No I don't" she spat getting frustrated, but he grabbed her so she can face him

"Do you always have tears in your eyes when Dom drives away"

"What's your deal Brian, I'm not in the mood for this shit" she said walking away from him but he didn't give up and cut her off

"What's he racing off in the middle of the night for?" he asked again, standing in front of her again "You know about the trucks"

Of course she knew about the trucks. How can she not know about the trucks. She's stolen from those trucks but he couldn't know that. As much as it hurt her that she couldn't tell him

"No Brian. I don't know about the trucks. Jesus Christ" She was visibly stressed but Brian had to do his job. The job that he's had since the very beginning. She tried to slip past him again but this time he grabbed her arm and held her "What's your problem-"

"Listen to me" He said sternly "Daya. I'm a cop"

"Bullshit Brian, stop what is this"

"Ever since the first time I met you, I've been undercover" He spoke his grip on her slowly loosening "I'm a cop"

His heart was slowly breaking and he felt like tears were about to form in his eyes but he had to hold back. All she did was stare at him. His hands fell from her arms letting her go

"I can't believe you" Daya finally said "You bastard" she bit the insides of her cheeks holding back from any tears that wanted to fall from her eyes

He lied to her. Completely lied to her about everything. Nothing was ever real or genuine

She looked at him searching for any part of him that was lying, waiting for him to say that it was a joke. But the moment she looked into his eyes she knew. This was the one thing he wasn't lying about

"You're full of shit" she said as a tear fell from her cheek as she pushed him away trying to get past him

"Dayanara-" he called for her reaching for her arm

"Get off of me Brian" she tried to fight against him

"Look at me" he said getting her to stop fighting against him, but his words hurt. They stung more than a pistol. She hated him. Brian Spilner, she hated him

"Everything I've ever said I felt about you is true. I swear to god" he searched for her eyes but she avoided his "But right now this isn't about me and you"
