Mumbo Jumbo Lemme take a Limo
Back to where I came from
My mind & your mind taken together
Made blown like a TNT bomb𝓦ait! Wait! Let's go back to the scenario where we are asking Headmaster Oakwood, questions that arose from our inner feelings. Don't you wanna know what was going on inside my mind too? First, the magical entrances and the shady guy turning into a gentleman sound like a well-fantricized movie to me. Why is this institution so big? Why it is not safe for our siblings to dwell in the outer world? And even if it is not, then why separate us from them? Why do we get to choose a clubhouse and how this system works? What is the motive of all this? And where the hell is this uni located? What will happen if our parents find out that there are imposters in their house? Am I really dreaming a dream in a dream in a dream...? I don't want to indulge in fighting people, I am just at the start of my teenage life. I don't wanna die so soon in a bloody bath. These were the types of thoughts running around my mind. What would have you thought if you were in my place?
Editor's Note - Attention readers! Stay with me till the end of this book, I want your full-fledged support in coping up with this unimaginable experience.
I opened my sling bag, saw the red notebook lying alone in the bag, and brought it out to see what it had learned from me. I opened it and damn it has already written 9 pages on my life, I fast forwardly glimpsed it and went to the last page which I wanted to show to our tour guide. Surprisingly, Tia was just behind me neck to neck seeing what I was doing or maybe reading the pieces of stuff that I didn't intend to show anybody. She startled me and I just said, "Let's go and ask these questions from her." And we went to the other side of the oak door. What a coincidence that Prof. Oakwood's office has doors made from oakwood! We were greeted by a student looking like us but without any school uniform, with a Namaste. I greeted her with Namaste with my hands folded like this 🙏 and the rest followed my way.
I asked her, "Are you an Indian or is this a way to greet the people who come here?" She replied, "I am an Indian although this is now mostly used to welcome the new folk because it feels like a gentle gesture. Hi all! I am Ikshita Mehta, picked & dropped here from India. You can call me Ikshi for short." Tia shook hands with her firmly saying, "Hi, I am Tiara Laurent. People call me Tia. This is my younger brother Jake. This is Miles and her younger sister Lucia, short for Lucy. We are French and they are Americans. Mind me, I am very talkative." She laughed, "So am I. Oh, and I would die to visit Paris & New York once in my life or more. Currently, I am not allowed to go anywhere because of busy scheduling."
I intervened in their jolly business, "Um, so we have to ask these questions from you.", showed her the page, thankfully QuickMe didn't write everything I thought or it would have been a very much thunder blunder to show my very own 'Dear Kitty Diary' to people. She read them and said, "I will only answer a few right now because we are in a hurry for the clubhouse sorting & welcoming ceremony. So the rest of the things are for later. So here I start with. The outer world is not safe because they find out who the Magnementos are somehow which owes a big explanation. And they will hunt your family under the age of 13. By 'they', I don't mean mere humans, you both mind it! Secondly, your siblings don't directly get separated from us. We have to train ourselves with more skills, but these children under the age of 13, have different types of training and they won't be sorted into clubhouses until 13. Their stay will be different, their food will be different, lifestyle, training, etc. all different from ours. Clubhouses define where you will be staying and whom with and for some tasks that you do and how you behave, some points can be given or deducted from your main points given. This ensures that the people are willing to win for their community and the responsibility of not losing something. No matter how you start, you should not lose hope and can make a comeback like a Baazigar. A well-known dialogue in my country's film industry: 'Kabhi kabhi jeetne ke liye kuch haarna padta hai....aur haar kar jeetne wale ko baazigar kete hai', which when translated into English means - 'Sometimes to win you must be prepared to lose ....and the one who ends up winning the end game is called a maverick'. If any questions you have, save them up for later. We have to run & get dressed up, so we are in time."
