"Just leave me alone, Daryl! I don't need you. I don't need anyone!" Beth shouted through the trees as Daryl followed her every step, refusing to let her leave his eyesight.

"There ain't no way I'm letting a little girl like you wander off alone with walkers roaming around all over."

Beth scoffed. "I'm not a little girl anymore, Daryl. Leave me alone," she growled as she bat her arms against branches to break through.

Daryl continued to follow, rolling his eyes behind her back. "Where are you going to go? What are you going to do? How will you eat? Where will you sleep? Who will keep watch? What about Maggie? Judith? Carl and Rick? You just going to leave them behind?"

Beth stopped in her tracks and turned on her heel. "They're dead, Daryl. They're all dead. I'm on my own!" She hissed.

Daryl looked at her, a look she didn't quite understand. "You're not alone; you've got me," he muttered before brushing past her.

Beth huffed and followed silently.
