When young 19-year-old Rick gets kicked for being framed by the team except for 2 members who trusted him....when Rick goes to train trying to forget the pain of this betrayal he finds someone who changes his life forever.
Rick returned to Yae side after getting something's from the shrine....he prioritized Yae before anything else as he wanted to hunt down aqualad and black manta so badly but Yae was top priority for him as she was still healing from her injury.
The doctor told us that Yae would be bedridden for 3 days or so but after that she'll be able to go home which made Rick a bit happy as Yae was getting better but what worried him a bit was how did aqualad and black manta find them...he did not think about that as he was more worried about Yae but now that things were calming down a bit than he thought about it
Rick was sitting by Yae when asked her a question Rick;how did they find us it should be impossible Rick said as he sits next to Yae who was still laying down
Yae;I don't know but now we know that they could find us we'll be ready next time Yae said as she stretches a little bit
Rick nodded Rick;right next time Rick said as he closed his eyes for a second before opening them again
Rick;hey Yae I was wondering about something Rick asked as he looked towards Yae
Yae;what's up Rick Yae said as she looked back towards him
Rick; you ever thought about one day having a family Rick asked as Yae face began to blush red and steam was coming out of her ears
Yae;f-f-family?! Yae said as she started to have a thought about having a family

Yae mind was going into overdrive as her tails started to move like crazy Yae: why do you ask Rick Yae asked as she looked towards Rick
Rick: well when I do have a family I wanted to have them feel normal for a bit a least as my family well know my dad being the dangerous thing which is currently in prison and my mom dead by my father so I just thought that maybe it'll be different Rick said as he sighs a bit
Yae;well we won't know until the time is right Yae said as she smiles a bit
Rick nodded and they enjoyed their time together while Yae heals from her injuries.
(A few days later)
After a few days Yae was able to head home though the doc did say to take it easy still so that's what Rick did as he made sure Yae was taking it easy which wasn't hard as she would usually be in her fox form and sleeping for most of the day....right now Rick was looking at the newspaper for anything worth reading about while Yae was by his side resting using Rick as a pillow which was alright for him
Rick;looks like nothings happening besides normal villain activi- Rick stops as he reads something about blackmanta being arrested and being sent to a prison
