Ok! I was thinking of Cartoon Network. And honestly, even though they still make shows under Warner Bros, and have their shows stream on HBO Max. I still miss the network. But anyway, I thought about Re:zero and the Powerpuff girls as well as the Rowdyruff boys. Now, if Subaru was a Rowdyruff Boy, he'd be wrecking stuff and outright being a menace to society and would have to learn what's right from wrong, either from experience or someone teaching him. Or he could be raised by the professor or his parents. But the general idea is giving Subaru the abilities of a PowerPuff/Rowdyruff. So the idea here is, what if Subaru was from the Powepuff girl universe? I even drew him in the general style.
