Kyra's POV

I walked outside the building, desperate to hide my drained face.

I'll be fine.I don't need a stupid shoulder to cry on

Luck was barely on my side as both my car and Dev Bhaiya were missing.

"Hey there",a voice starlet me

To my side was a group of seniors, there was nothing comfortable about their smiles and predatory gaze

"It's getting late",one of the guys, started walking towards me

"I know.I'm waiting for my driver",I cut him off with a fake smile

"I got a better idea. You can ride with me",he gave a sinister smile, his hand sliding up my arm

My stomach churned with disgust as my instincts went out loud with fear

"I'm perfectly capable of waiting",I declined attempting to sound confident, stepping forward

The others in the group chuckled, their laughter echoing in the background

"Don't play hard to get,Ms.Saxena.I'll make sure you'll have a good time",he said, bringing his hand to my face

That was the last straw. My hand swung, connecting with his cheek in a resounding slap

"I tired to be fucking polite but you are a true asshole.",I cussed, rage boiling within me

The last thing I need to deal with today

Walking away,I dialled my driver again, praying he would pick up.

Thought that was the end of it,but he blocked my way,his face growing with anger.

"I believed Kyra Saxena would be more fun to meet",he hissed, grabbing my hand.

"What are you doing??",I screamed, fighting to free myself.

"Since you're all fierce and daring, why don't you drive my car, baby?",he asked.

Drive a car?

A shiver ran down my spine as the nightmares flashed in my mind.

"I-can't",my voice caught up in my throat

"You can't drive??", someone from the group yelled in amused as they all burst into laughter.

I felt their figures fade away as their mocking laugh filled the darkness in and around me.

Tears flowed down my cheeks as nightmares of the past and present twisted into one pushing me into my worst fear

"Aww... sweetheart don't cry.I'll let you drive my car anyways",he laughed as I shook my head.

"Ple-please.....Let me go",I cried as he dragged me towards his car.

He wasn't letting go.It was pure entertainment to him to watch me cry when he forced me to drive.

"Enough!!!Let her go,Aakash",the sound of the familiar voice brought more than just relief to me

Rishi stood a few meters away from us,glaring at the guy.

"Rishi....Don't step into our territory",Aakash warned in a friendly tone

He didn't say anything as he glanced at my hand.

"You're going off limits.Hands off her",he said coldly

His gaze was unwavering, piercing through the tension.

"Wrong choice",Aakash gave a challenging grin, tightening his grip

Hell broke loose within the blink of an eye.
