I hid behind one of the rocks in the sea, looking to see whose footsteps were nearby.
A tan man, taller than the boy I just saved came out of the shadows.
He had brown hair and emerald-green eyes.
He wore many items of jewelry.
Maybe
he's rich?
I wasn't sure.
The boy I had previously saved sat up, staring into the ocean.
Did he see me?

Suddenly

The thing the boy had in his arms shook himself off, running to them and licking their face.

Is that a human thing?

The man with emerald green eyes picked up the other human.

I wonder who he is.
