this is the version that aldi have it's way cheaper but they only have the white sugar. no brown or icing

if you're the type to snack a lot then these will be good because they're not too many calories BUT it might not satisfy you enough but for me it does!the snacks above are from aldi but all shops should have these tbh{my favs are jammy wheels}

1kcal per spritz!! i started getting very iffy abt oily food and using oil to cook and it's sad cuz sometimes oil is just necessary for what you're trynna make but it has so many calories so this is why i like this cooking spray

now i can fry eggs again without the oil having more calories than the egg 🤦🏾‍♀️

you can use this for baking as a substitute for flour. some healthy baking recipes use oat flour which is basically just blended oats which is also what this is
it's also quite nice for breakfast
