And it got me thinking about a concept for how the ep could've gone.
Fic Concept: Patty passes away in her sleep (offscreen) and nobody in the nursing hone knows until the next morning when Patty doesn't come out. The people at the Senior center tell Mayor Brunson. Mayor Brunson holds a funeral/ceremony for Patty at the bandshell and all of Brighton attends. After that, it shows different people (Linda, Nin, Bobby, The McGees) grieving in different ways (some healthy, some... not so much).
