Concept: 2 oneshots. The first one taking place pre-canon at Mayor Brunson's 8th birthday party when Todd brought cups and didn't have it in him to tell Brunson off. The second one taking place post-canon where Todd (or Scratch) visits Brighton for an event. This time when he brings cups and Brunson says something, Scratch tells him off. Chaos may or may not ensue.
