Chapter 3: Into the Crystal Maze
*Deep in the Crystal Maze*
Buzzsaw: Ugh are you sure we're going the right way
Alex: It's a maze what do you expect
Buzzsaw: Um somewhere that is clearly not an ambush
Alex: Well it's not an ambush
Buzzsaw: And why should I trust you
Alex (stops): Look if this was an ambush it would already be in motion
Buzzsaw: Yeah right, if that's the case then why are you leading me into this maze anyway
Alex: Ugh because what at the end of every maze
Buzzsaw (hesitates): Uhh the finish line?
Alex: Noo
*Alex points to the dragon book, which in return is swiftly tugged away from her*
Buzzsaw: Ahh My death dragon
Alex: Um don't you mean your crystals
Buzzsaw: Ohh yeah and those too
They continue walking until they come across a couple of the riders sensors
Buzzsaw: (Stops in his tracks) Hey isn't one of your techie things; This is a trap isn't it!!
Alex: Seriously, it's not a trap
Buzzsaw: Yeah right like I believe you
Without a second thought Alex starts breaking a bunch of the sensors, much to Buzzsaw's shock
Buzzsaw: (whispers) No way
Alex: Don't those jerk riders following us now do we; wanna do the honors *Alex points towards the other sensors*
Buzzsaw (laughs as he starts breaking more sensors): Huh maybe I was wrong about you after all
Alex smirks to herself knowing that her plan is in action

*The Riders have arrived at the keep*
Jun: Ugh where do you think she left that stupid tablet
Tom: I don't know probably under a rock or something
D'Angelo: Come on guys were supposed to be doing something nice for Alex
Tom: Yeah right what else do you think we're doing
Eugene: Pfft nothing that's what
Jun: Oh shut it Eugene this is why no one likes you
Eugene: Oh yeah, well I could say the same thing about you
D'Angelo: Guys Stop!!!
*Everyone besides D'Angelo*: Why!!
D'Angelo: Well I just thought that you'd like to know that I found Alex's tablet
Jun: Well it's about time
D'Angelo: Well if some people would quit complaining then maybe I would have said so sooner
Eugene: Um guys
Eugene says while momentarily interrupting a rather heated debate
Eugene: Why is there a beeping dot in the crystal realm
Tom: A beeping what?
Jun: Wait you're actually right for once; what the hell is that D
D'Angelo: Huh it looks like it's Alex's saddle tracker
Tom: tracker huh, what on earth do you think she's doing in there
D'Angelo: I don't know but I think we're gonna find out soon

*In the Crystal Realm*
"Beeping is heard as the riders grow nearer to the signal"
D'Angelo: OK Alex should be around here somewhere; everyone keep an eye out
Eugene (looks around the corner): Uhh guys I think I found something *Points at Buzzsaw's goons)
Tom: Whoa are those Buzzsaw's goons
D'Angelo: Looks like it; and if they're around Buzzsaw can't be far
Jun: And neither is feathers look *points to feathers who is tied up*
Eugene: Jun's right we have to save her
D'Angelo: Yeah but not with Buzzsaw's goons lurking around
Jun: D's right, same thing goes for those gronckles
Tom: Alright guys I think I have a plan
*5 minutes later*
Thunder slips into the room and quietly sneaks up behind Ford and Winston; he starts performing a mating dance to grab their attention.
Ford: How much do you think a dragon weighs?
Winston: (annoyed) I don't know Ford
Ford: Well if I can pick up a gronckle, then how heavy is one of those thunder birds
Winston: This is a horrible conversation
Ford: No you're just kidn-
*The two men look behind each other, in turn facing thunder*
Winston: It's the thunder bird get him
*Ford and Winston start chasing thunder, while D and Jun free the gronckles
D'Angelo: RUN!!!
Jun: GO GO!!
*Ford and Winston finally catch up with Thunder*
Ford: We gotcha now Thunderbird
Winston: You have nowhere to go
Suddenly Thunder flies up to join feathers and the others, while the two goons are left dumb founded
Eugene: Oh yeah we did it
D'Angelo: I wouldn't celebrate too quickly we still need to find Alex
*Feathers is flying around and growling like crazy*
Jun: Feathers do you know where Alex is?
*Feathers growls*
Tom: I think feathers is saying that Buzzsaw has Alex
Eugene: WHAT!! We have to save her
D'Angelo: Calm down Eugene we need a plan
Jun: Hey guys
Tom: What is it Jun?
Jun: You see these sensors on the screen *points to the yellow dots on the tablet*
*Everyone but Jun*: Yeah?
Jun: Well they seem to form a straight line
Tom: Huh that's odd
D'Angelo: I wonder if that's Alex leaving us a trail
Tom: Looks like it
Eugene: Well what are we waiting for let's go
Well that wraps up chapter 3; I really hope you like it. Sorry if there wasn't more of Alex and Buzzsaw, but in order to reach the good stuff; the riders needed to be all caught up. If you noticed there has been a bit of a character shift between Tom and D'Angelo. In all honesty D is going to become more of a leader within the riders than Tom will ever be.
