Chapter 1: Prism Energy

It's been a long month for everyone in the Shatterverse, Green Hill is gone (again), and Sonic needs Prism energy before it's too late.

"Sonic?" Tails asked his friend. He's been really worried about the blue hedgehog. "I'll be okay, I've been through this before. I can handle this, trust me." The brave hedgehog told his best friend.

The same machine that drained his Prism energy is now giving it back to him. "You might want to step back." Nine told Sonic's friends from Green Hill.

Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Big, and Rouge were there, but Shadow wasn't. He never left Sonic by himself after they returned to Green Hill when they fixed the Shatterverse for the first time.

After Sonic and Shadow became friends, Shadow was super protective, never leaving him alone. But now, Shadow abandoning Sonic was completely unusual for the black hedgehog.
