Before college, I'll go on a year trip around the country. To the west, south, east, and back north. I will decide which area is best, and save that idea for moving to after college.
First, get an apartment. Then, when feeling like settling down, buy a house. Doesn't have to be big! Preferablly big property by lake/river and woods!
