A Ray of Hope

In a world so unpredictable, I fear,

For the future generation yet to be born,

Where moral standards seem to disappear,

And uncertainty looms with every dawn.

As a teen, I grapple with worry and dread,

For what lies ahead in this chaotic place,

A world where sanity seems to have fled,

Leaving behind a void, an empty space.

Mental illness disguised as normalcy,

Men claiming to be what they are not,

Confusing the minds of innocent souls, you see,

Leaving scars that time may never blot.

Narcissistic men, manipulating hearts,

Playing with emotions, causing pain and strife,

Leaving women's kids broken in parts,

Affecting their lives throughout their life.

Oh, how I yearn for an escape from this realm,

To a sanctuary, far away from the storm,

A place where my future family can dwell,

Protected and safe, sheltered and warm.

But in the depths of my anguish and despair,

A glimmer of hope emerges, shining bright,

For I know that God, in His tender care,

Will guide and protect my loved ones, day and night.

Though darkness may loom in this troubled sphere,

There is still a flicker, a ray of light,

With faith as our shield, we shall never fear,

For love and goodness shall conquer the blight.

So, as I navigate this unknown trail,

I hold onto hope, like a guiding star,

For in the face of adversity, we will prevail,

And create a future that transcends bizarre.

So, let us cling to courage, hand in hand,

And shape a world where morals regain their place,

Where children grow strong, on solid ground they stand,

And find comfort and solace in love's embrace.

Together, we'll forge a path, undefiled,

For the future generation, pure and true,

With God as our shield, we'll weather each trial,

And create a future we can eagerly pursue.
