Pretty doesn't always work. I know you have more immense beauty than her. It's not always about the looks in the mirror, or that you can read him much clearer. Just face the facts. He tried to move on with you, but he wants her back. You should've went with your natural thoughts and never believed him. You made those regrets, so now you must live with them. Pretty doesn't always work , but it sure does hurt. Not the pain to look good, but the pain that you had of love that you misunderstood. It's okay; it's just a learning lesson. You have so many unanswered questions. Pretty doesn't always work. The reality of it makes your heart hurt. Just because that didn't work doesn't mean it's the end. Go out there, look for a new person, and try again. You should forgive, and it would be good to forget. Although I don't know anyone who would forget a ton of regret. Pretty doesn't always work, and he has left you to ease the hurt.
