Obviously this is a joke, but I wouldn't be surprised if he was. Obviously Goose made him just so he was perfect for her, and I think Goose is straight (?) since Jax was later turned into a guy instead of girl. It would make a lot of sense if Jax is bisexual so everyone can love him instead of knowing he only likes girls.
