My wolf was displeased with the fact that I didn't want our mate .well I'm not to blame. I never loved her.. I loved Lisa... I love Lisa... I still do .
My wolf projected two emotions: happiness... Satisfaction
He's trying to tell me that I can grow to love her as much as he does , I'll be happy... Ill be satisfied. But he doesn't get it. She isn't Lisa ... She doesn't have her curves ... She doesn't have her beauty.... She isn't as full as Lisa.... When I hold her it'll be different
It's not that easy . I made a promise to Lisa that I'll never leave her. I can't break that promise now.. I can't

my dad called me bringing me out of my thoughts when I got to the clearing making me raise my head in his direction.
"Why did you run off like that?"
"Urgh..about that my wolf wanted to run...in my human form ...you know newly shifted wolves and their urges"
I could feel my wolf disliking the fact that I didn't tell my father about his mate.
Well if he wants to keep her self he better suck it up cos what she did was punishable
He sent me two thoughts: remorse and gratitude

On the contrary I'm dreading every minute of it

I was on cloud 9 through out the walk home
Finally I'm going to get the happy ending that I deserve. We're going to be so happy together. We'll build a home and fill it with kids .
With this thought I turned a darker shade

I said trying to brush him off to get to my door and also hide my face

Rolling my eyes I said
" Can I go in now"

He asked me
" Yeah I know he has to break up with her cos I'm his fated mate you see this is why I don't encourage dating now excuse me "
" I'm not done yet missy"
I rolled my eyes
" If he doesn't want to break up with her what'll you do? "
" That's not going to happen I'm his mate "
He groaned
" You're 16 Darlene you don't have your wolf what proof do u have that he's your mate"
" Look I felt it he felt it isn't that enough proof"
He gave me a look that said really
" Look the pull won't let him stay away from me besides I'm his only shot at having an heir Lisa's apex so they can't and I doubt he would want to risk that besides you heard the man .. he loves me"
I said with an air of finality
Kenji looked like he was about to say something but decided against it.

I asked with a sarcastic smile

I smiled genuinely

When I finally went in I checked my phone to see I had texts from two people

I smiled internally

The second message read

Fyi we're getting dressed in your house

I checked my time to see I had roughly 5 minutes to shower and I need not to be told to get my ass in the shower
