Zara pulled up to her clothing store seeing business going just how she expected it. She walks in and sees Jamie talking with a customer.
"Excuse me. I was seeing if you had this in an extra large" a girl asked looking at a tank top that was light pink.
"We should. Kim" Zara said calling one of her employees over "Go to the back and restock the extra large shirts for me please," Zara said turning back to the customer "She'll be right out"
Jamie walks over "You good? "
"Yeah, why wasn't the Extra large tank top restocked? "
"Girl it wasn't?. I'll get on their asses" Jamie said walking away.
"Hold on," Zara said stopping her.
"What's up sis,? "
"So this random guy still sending them roses to Mom's house"
"Okay, that's creepy. Have you talked to Killa about that? " Jamie asked
"Why would I even tell him about a nigga sending me Roses every Tuesday and Friday? " Zara said laughing
"Okay, you're right. But that's creepy for real. Have you gone to see about it? "
"Said a tall bald man comes in and pays for it and leaves. "
"Your dad knows? "
"Hell no. And he comes back tonight. You know he doesn't play about his baby girl" Zara said
"I'm coming for dinner for sure. " Jamie said "But here comes your man"
Zara turns around seeing Killa coming up and kissing her lips "What are you doing in here? "
"Seen you pull up. Had to come by and check on you"
"We ain't even together," Zara said smiling.
"Shit fuck that. You saw how you did a nigga. I'm stuck now" he said hugging her and squeezing her ass making her laugh.
"So what we together? "
"You mine. Off the market" He said be in funny
"Oh so I was on a shelf getting picked? " she said pushing him off smiling.
"I'm just playing baby. But what's up? Let's go to dinner"
"Can't. My father comes back in town"
"What do your father do? "
"Works for the president."
"Damn, I ain't know that," he said looking at her. "Daddy the type to do background checks? "
"His only child. Yes, I'm his baby girl" Zara said laughing.
"I ain't ready to meet Pops yet," He said smiling.
"I'm glad you said that, 'cause I ain't got time for that," Zara said touching on him.
Later that night
Zara pulled up back home getting out of her car and using her key to unlock the door. She walks in taking off her shoes. She walks into the kitchen and sees her father helping his wife. "Princess," he said smiling turning around walking up to his daughter

"Heard you had roses sent every Tuesday and Friday"
"I'm already on it Dad. I don't need you to do an investigation as you call it" Zara Saud
"I already figured it out," Dennis said "And the new boyfriend? He asked
"You serious right now Dad? Mom? " Zara said looking at her mother.
"I can't control what your father does," she said making the plates.
"After what happened to Phil. I don't know if anyone is after you. So yes I will always have eyes out. But before you think he's a good guy he isn't. " he said standing with his arms folded
"And what is that supposed to mean Dad? "
"Meaning you're not the only one he's seeing. And he's a drug dealer, so with that being said don't take anything seriously"
Jamie knocks on the door. Dennis went to open it seeing her. "Ms. Green," Dennis said
"Hey Mr. Stokes," Jamie said
"Now how many times have I've told you, you don't have to call me by my last name," he said smiling "Come on in"
Jamie walks in and sees Zara sitting down at the table. Dinner was already ready. Steak, salad, and dinner rolls. Nothing big. Small and simple. "Hi Ms. Stokes," Jamie said
"Late for dinner," She said smiling
"Sorry had to go home and change," Jamie said sitting down "So how's the job Pops? " Jamie asked
"Fine. Job is a job, right? " Dennis said as he sat down
"Prayers before y'all eat. Zara gone head" Her mother said
