THE MORNING SUNLIGHT SHONE THROUGH her window, the golden-haired girl's eyes fluttering open as she slowly awoke from her sleep. She hugged the sheets that buried her body from the cool air outside of the bed. Warmth seeped through the windows that shone into her face, as she blinked sleepily.

She rubbed at her eyes gently, trying to rid of the tiredness that settled within them as she sat up from the bed with a stretch. Since she was doing this shit solo, it meant she could do whatever she wanted whenever she wanted — all on her own accord. The motel she was currently staying at in Wisconsin was one of the cheaper ones. The room smelled of cigarettes and stale beer, but the bed was rather comfy and she was willing to plug her nose if she had to as long as it meant she could sleep well.

As she hopped out of bed rather lazily, she instantly made her way over to the small kitchen she had — if you could even call it a kitchen with how small it was. A large yawn escaped her pink lips as she started to brew herself a coffee, her baggy t-shirt loosely hanging on her body. The chill of the crisp morning air left goosebumps on her bare skin, leaving Kinsey to crave the warmth of the coffee she was currently making.

She ran her hand through her shoulder-length blonde hair as her phone rang from the desk, startling her. She quickly walked over and answered it, muttering a tired, "Hello."
