THE SINGER GIRL RESTED HER head against the headrest of the seat and sat between the two Winchester brothers.
She tilted her head slightly, turning to look at Dean as he anxiously read over the magazine which had been stored in the pocket of the seat in front, his eyebrows furrowed with a mixture of fear and concentration.
"Just try to relax," Sam spoke, also looking over at his older brother as a smirk tugged at the corner of his lips.
Kinsey tilted her head to look at Sam, noticing his smirk which made her dig her elbow deep into his ribs. He groaned out, rolling his eyes as he massaged the place where the blonde's elbow had just been.
"Just try to shut up." Dean quickly snapped, his eyes not moving away from the magazine in his hands.
The sounds of the engine grew louder and sped up, causing Dean's heart to race. He anxiously tightened the belt around his waist, his other hand gripping the arm of the chair — his knuckles turning white from the sheer amount of pressure.
Noticing this, Kinsey placed her hand on top of his, squeezing it gently as if to tell him, "It's okay, I'm here" like he had always done for her each and every time she was overwhelmed.
