(The big race)
*It was an early Saturday morning and Thunder was at the back in his parents mechanic shop working on some type of cart he has been preparing for a yearly race at the scrap yard*
Thunder: my beautiful creation is almost complete! All this baby needs is a paint job and a battery recharge *I place my hand on the battery and starts charging it with electricity and once I finished the carts engine was turned on*
Thunder: HAHAHA!!! IT'S ALIVE!!
Jaden: *lands behind him* hey Thunder
Thunder: huh? Oh hey kids
Kuromi: what are you doing because you sounded crazy for a second?
Thunder: finally finished my cart for the race, check it out
Jaden: woah! Awesome!
Kuromi: no offense but it look like a pile of scrap put together
Thunder: looks aren't everything, here make yourselves useful and help me put on the paint *tosses them some spray cans*
Jaden: perfect
Kuromi: well I'll at least try making it look nice *starts spraying*
*A few minutes later the cart was mostly purple same a thunders scales with some lightning bolts flowing around as an extra design kuromi did herself*
Thunder: she is glorious, thanks for the help you two
Jaden: no problem
Kuromi: it doesn't look as bad anymore *smiles* So what is the price for this race?
Thunder: $1000
Jaden: wow
Thunder: yep it doesn't sound like much but hey it's a damn good price to me, now you kids wanna join me on a test drive?
Kuromi and Jaden: yeah!!
Thunder: *climbs in the cart* hop in
Jaden: wooo! *Jumps in*
Kuromi: road trip! *Climbs in* step on it Thunder!
Thunder: WOOOO!! *drives off fast*
*Later at the scrap yard*
Quake: why am I here again?
Willow: to support Thunder, he's our friend remember
Quake: yeah no he is your friend and a pain in my ass
Ash: he should be here by now-
*Right when she said that Thunder pulls in and parks in front of them*
Thunder: sup bitches
Quake: what the hell are you driving?
Thunder: don't talk shit about my pride and joy I spent weeks working on it
Jaden: Too fast…that was too fast.. *steps out and my legs were shaking*
Kuromi: wooo! That was awesome! *Climbs out* i'm so doing that again, Thunder can I borrow this when your done
Thunder: su-
Quake: hell no
Kuromi: your no fun Quake
Quake: how do you know this won't fall apart
Thunder: it won't quit worrying and help me push this to the track
Quake: *rolls my eyes as I pick up the front with one hand and drags it behind me with little effort*
*Meanwhile the other racers were preparing their vehicles for the race and one team was watching Thunder, this was a rival team that wins this competition multiple times*
