She stopped in her tracks confused when saw another explosion this time closer to her. Out of instinct she ran away, that's when she saw
cops chasing her. This got her even more confused until she looked down. Fire followed her as she ran.
And that's what got her thrown into this shit hole. She knows she was framed but it doesn't matter. There isn't anything she can do anymore. She called her mother and best friend to see if they could do anything to help but they both said they couldn't, the cops and special forces were not letting them help get you out at all.
