I can't help but laugh as the beautiful black haired boy stares out at me with wide eyes, I smile wide and wave at him, after getting an awkward wave back i text him to come outside: "bitch tf you doing there being all goofy for? js come outside." he responds with an eye roll before quickly making it outside. "hey Vance." He says, having overcome his initial shock he is being insanely sweet, "hey Bruce, come up here I am not standing" I say with an eye roll, extending my hand to pull him up, he takes it carefully slipping up, it seemed weirdly difficult, usually I would tease someone for something like that but I don't feel like it, plus Bruce is literally my only friend right now, I don't want to mess it up. "you took truck bed very literally" he says with a laugh, I laugh back with a gentle smile, after we calm Bruce asks a question, "so how did you get my address in the first place?",  "I was driving around when I saw your bike in the garage. thought it may have just been a coincidence but I wanted to check anyway" I respond with a slight shrug, was that stupid? I didn't think it was when I did it but now that I notice it makes it seem like I was looking out for his bike specifically.. no no its not I'm sure he'll get it. "neat. so what's up? nothing's wrong right?" He asks, I notice that he looks genuinely worried, even though it's a little hidden, "when aren't things wrong? but no, nothing like, terrible," I pause, was that too dumb? "I mean things aren't always wrong, sorry that was a bad joke." He smiles, "don't worry I thought it was funny." I blush before catching myself and quickly looking away. "woah." I hear from beside me, making me turn to see what Bruce is looking at, before us is a whole ass group of shooting stars flying across the sky, "woah" I repeat what Bruce said, glancing over at him, he stares, amazed, at the beautiful sight, and I, I stare at him, a real beautiful sight. I slowly grab my camera, looking away from Bruce I snap a picture of the sky, before turning my camera to him and taking a quick picture of his starstruck sideview. Suddenly I remember something, I dig through my camera bag's pockets before pulling out a printed out photo, "hey Bruce," I tap his shoulder and he turns to me with a smile, I hand him the photo, his eyes light up, "the sunset photo, you were asking for a copy" I say with a smile. He beams back. God, this man is too adorable.
