I was here! Scotland... I've always wanted to come here. It was more beautiful in person than in the game, oh, wow. I was impressed. Glancing down at my outfit, I noticed I was in my light blue skinny jeans and my boots from earlier in the game. Then I looked down at my dark grey sweatshirt, with my red plaid jacket over top. How'd they know I had this? My hair was also braided on the side with my grey beanie. This seemed like a work outfit to me.

Looking around, I eyed the boys once again. After we left the cliff side, I followed after the boys. Dropping down the small drop, I look ahead, my eyes drift around whilst I watch the boys ahead.

"𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈?"

"Yeah, Sam. Coming." I jogged after them and joined them. A soft smile was on my face. "I bet Avery was cold when he first came to Scotland, for being in the tropics for so long." I chuckled a little bit before sighing quietly whilst I looked at Samuel when he replied.

"𝑰'𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒅."

"You have? Because I haven't, I definitely prefer summer. The race track is awesome in the summer.... plenty of races, new people to meet. I-" I look back at Nathan then go quiet when I spot Samuel coming closer after Nathan jogged off to go investigate something. Our silence was comfortable for the time being before he spoke up.

"𝑫𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒏𝒋𝒐𝒚 𝒅𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒐𝒓 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒎𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒎𝒚 '𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉?'"

"I actually enjoy working... I prefer not getting shot at all day. Still have some bad memories from Pillars of Iram..." I hesitate. Spotting Nate, I totally ignore Sam's questioning look as I trot over to him. "Find anything cool?" I ask. Our friendship seemed to be great, as Nate reported nothing interesting, and I continued to walk alongside him. The slight breeze waved through my hair as we jogged along. Passing some trees, I turn and walk backward for a moment. I was simply enjoying the moment.

"𝑺𝒐... 𝑼𝒉, 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒆𝒕𝒘𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑹𝒂𝒇𝒆?"

"𝑰 𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒍 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒉𝒊𝒎, 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒆 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓, 𝒖𝒉, 𝒅𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉.."

"I offered to help, but I ended working back at the track. It kept my mind off everything." I said, twiddling my thumbs before jumping down a small ledge after Nathan.

"𝑰'𝒎 𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒚 𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒎𝒆 𝒃𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆 𝑰 𝒃𝒂𝒊𝒍𝒆𝒅."

(𝑺𝒄𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒔)

"𝑯𝒂. 𝑰 𝒘𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒖𝒍𝒅 𝒅𝒐 𝒕𝒐 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒏𝒐𝒘."

Listening to Nathan's chuckle, I narrowed my brows and then stood still to fix my beanie. "Rafe did try to contact me a few times to see if I'd help, I did tell him to go to h*ll because my grandpa was still alive, and I was helping him." I offered to continue the conversation, but Nate seemed to already know. Sam seemed to want more but kept quiet. Once we came to the rock slide, I glanced down at it, then decided to go down first. "Here goes nothin'!" Taking a step back, I then quickly jumped before landing roughly to the gravel. Slowing myself down with my boot heals, I hissed when I came to the end. Widening my eyes, I tumbled to the side and landed on my back. "Augh, sh**." I stayed lying down for a moment before hearing Sam slide down after me.
