"No-no!." Michelle held her hands up to her chest.. She crawled back in a ball. Tears flooded her face as she saw her father.. she knew her father left her after she left or camp. But she never knew her father went to Medusa..

Michelle breathing becomes faster like she was hyperventilating. As her hands trembled she stood up with tears. She swiped them and looks at the statue of her father. Michelle really did look like her father.

"Hey, are you okay?" Annabeth said to Grover "did you say something" Grover muttered

Michelle looked at the statute in sadness.

She sallowed the knot in her throat. "Um- is she dead" Michelle spoke softly to avoid her voice cracking "ye-yea she is." Percy scoffed in disgust and picked up Medusa's head. "You found it?." Annabeth asked Percy

"Want me to take it from here" annabeth asked Percy. "No,no, I got it" Percy held on Medusa's tight as they walked up to door "Just make sure it's pointing in the right direction.!" Annabeth said

Percy looked looked and at the door and back at annabeth "good tip" Annabeth nodded at the blonde in front of her. The pair held eye contact before Percy spoke up "my hands are kinda full.." Annabeth looked away quickly grabbed the door knob and opened the door for Percy.

Grover walked to the silent Michelle. "Are you okay?." Grover asked quietly "n-no I'm sick of it Grover I hate this I wish I never went on this quest in the first place.. my father died here.. and you know the worse part about it? I think I like Percy.!" Michelle stated

"Oh- look it's okay- Michelle I'm so sorry-" Grover said to Michelle "it's fine I guess it wasn't-" Michelle said but got cut off when she saw Grover looking at a statute "Grover are you okay?.." Michelle asked the boy. "This is my uncle, uncle Ferdinand" Grover said as annabeth and Percy walked in hearing Grover Percy stopped walking to look at the statute "oh no.." Annabeth looked at Grover "Grover, I'm so sorry.." Michelle stood quietly feeling bad for the boy "This is as far as he got in his quest.. we aren't even to Trenton.. But look at him." Grover chuckled softly "He's not like the others.. He doesn't look afraid"

Grover clears his throat "You used the, um, you  used the head to get rid of Alecto?" Grover questions as Percy turned his glaze off of Michelle "yeah.." Grover took a moment before he spoke "Good. That was the right move. Uh, we probably should get going it'll be dark soon." Percy nodded at Grover before replying "But what are we going to do with the head? I just took down a Fury with it, and I wasn't even trying. We can't just leave it for someone to find. Leave the hat on and bury it in the basement that oughta keep it safe." Percy said

"Sure. Now, can we talk about the bigger issue here?." Michelle said making trio look in her direction. Percy looked confused "what bigger issue?" Michelle crossed her arms across her chest "you could have saved your mother."That's what she said to you like you discussed it already. Is your mother still alive?." Michelle questioned..
