This was the same boy that even though she didn't understand exactly her feelings for him was still the same boy that despite their differences made a sense of high wrap around her head. It was confusing, this was confusing. Not only her out-of-nowhere feelings but the fact that he didn't last being a stone. After her face was stained with tears, whatever effect Pyeon Sang-wook — Jung Ui-myeong had on him was reverted after a couple of minutes that felt more like hours.
She was holding off the anger she was feeling of shedding tears for nothing. It was a ridiculous thing to think but Min Seo-yun almost wanted to hit Cha Hyun-soo for worrying her for nothing. But she thought maybe he also didn't think the effect was going to wear off. She was panting heavily, looking at him with widened eyes. He looked at her, finally sharing a look with her. A soft grimace formed on her face, comically so if he had to add. She looked like she was going to say something but he quickly interrupted whatever she was going to say.
A gasp left her lips at his lips crashing into her own. His hand was on the back of her neck before it traveled to her jawline, pushing her body to lean more into him. Out of instinct, she put her hands on his thighs, grimacing a bit at the feel of the material of the orange jumpsuit. He seemed like he wanted to continue if it was up to him but unfortunately, she needed to breathe. She put a hand on his chest and forcibly pushed him away from her. She was breathing heavily, staring at him with widened eyes.
"I've wanted to do that ever since our first sleepover."
"What?!" Hyun-soo flinched away, staring at Seo-yun's angry widened eyes. "Since that long?! And you never told me?! I figured out my feelings for you way after that! And I confessed first?! Asshole!" Hyun-soo let out a sigh, panicking as he saw Seo-yun get up and begin looking for an exit from this place.
"Wait a minute, Seo-yun!"
Seo-yun rolled her eyes. She wasn't necessarily walking fast but because Hyun-soo had to try and get himself out of his pressed-up corner with his wing still having the lingering effect. After finally figuring out a way to get himself out, he finally stood up, Seo-yun had left a trail of blood for him to follow while she wasn't nowhere in sight. He almost cursed at her if it wasn't that she did have an amazing reason to be frustrated with him. He ran quickly to catch up with her and when he did, she had stopped outside, a bit far away from the building.
Her jumpsuit's zipper had been pulled down and she had a white tank top while the jumpsuit was hanging around her waist. She was breathing heavily, her eyes widened as she looked at Seo Yi-kyung. She couldn't believe she was still alive. But that wasn't the only reason Seo-yun was surprised. Because apart from Yi-kyung, there was also a baby. A baby covered in black goo. The baby seemed like a monster if it wasn't for the small part where human skin could be shown (or what Seo-yun thinks it's human skin). She saw Yi-kyung crawling away from the baby, making Seo-yun frown.
Seo-yun deduced that this was Yi-kyung's kid.
She let out a sigh, watching in slight disappointment at Yi-kyung's crawling away. Of course, she couldn't blame her. No one thinks that when they are birthing their child, a literal monster will appear but that didn't seem good enough to excuse Yi-kyung's decision of abandoning her child. Seo-yun walked closer to the kid with Hyun-soo trailing close enough. Her mouth opened and closed again as she didn't know what the child's name was. Yi-kyung hasn't given them a name from what Seo-yun heard. It felt wrong to choose a name for them when it wasn't her kid. She couldn't take that from Yi-kyung.

FanficShe never cared about anyone. Honestly, if no one cared for her, how could she care for others? So she didn't. People were just a shadow that she had decided to ignore for so long that sometimes it was overwhelming and sometimes empty. Even if no on...
