aurora and teddie were just 10 years old when they started to hang out at each others houses and become inseparable. Back then it was nothing, unfazed.

Ever since i was a young girl, i had always dreamt and romanticised a prince charming, a love of my life and had always doubted that until i met him... ——————————— In elementary, me and teddie would laugh, cry and get along as if nothing else mattered, and at that time, it didn't.
Everything was perfect, we would go round each others houses, play games, watch our favourite shows and play our favourite sports.

Then suddenly, high school hit.
High school was like a huge boulder that came crashing through our lives and wrecked everything in its path, and that's exactly what it did. No more hanging out, no more laughing, no more playing video games at each others houses. In high school that was considered 'flirting' or 'cringe' which shattered our bond.
Teddie had gone on to make some new friends, at first they didn't seem very different than the boys in elementary, but as the years went by, things started to change. He developed a whole new personality. The kind where ghosting/ ignoring you was normal, where doing awful in school for a laugh was 'cool', completely forgetting who are real friends and those who aren't doesn't matter and creating bad habits were 'okay'. Watching this happen shattered me.
