Background: Takami Inoue is the Kamen Rider Faiz and the successor of Takumi Inui. Like Takumi Inui, he is a laid-back and stoic person but he is a friendly person. He loves to play Gacha Games, especially Fate/Grand Order, Azur Lane, Nikke, Arknight, Genshin Impact, and other Gacha Games. But his luck is way intense which gives him a lot of rare characters. He is often bored in school class but he has a student club member friend named Yuuka Nanase who loves him, and a Kendo Club member who is the next Kamen Rider Kaixa. He loves Kamen Rider especially Faiz because Faiz is darker and more mature, he watches Faiz's 20th Movie and he loves Faiz's new form but he blushes to see a scene between Takumi and Mari. This impacts Takami's head which never gets out. When Takami and Yuuka head back to their home, suddenly they suck inside the portal and end up in the world of Arknight without anyone knowing. They found 2 Smart Brain Cases, and they realized they were Doctor of this world. Takami decide to fight as Kamen Rider and protect people's dream.
