The Doctor's meta-crises are dead. Rose Tyler's husband has passed away, leaving her with no hope of bringing him back to life. With his death, Rose has once again become Bad Wolf, and she wonders if this was always her destiny. Especially now that she can see all that is, all that was, all that could be, and all that has to be.
Meanwhile, Jack, Donna, Martha, and Sarah Jane Smith have been receiving strange messages through unusual means. With nothing left for her in Pete's world, Rose sets out to find the Doctor in the hopes of getting some answers. However, each time she tries to reach him, he cannot see or hear her. What is preventing them from reuniting? To make matters worse, Rose finds herself jumping to different points in the Doctor's timeline, making communication even more difficult.

The story will be jumping around the doctor's timeline. However, most of the story will take place after the stolen Earth arc.
Torchwood will pick up before the children of Earth but will jump around a bit.
