As Sara Jane Smith finally wrapped up her goodnight wishes to all the occupants of the house which included her son Luke, K-9, and Mr. Smith, she felt a sense of contentment wash over her. As she climbed into her bed, she couldn't help but smile at the memories of her thrilling adventures with the Doctor and all the amazing things she had seen. The thought of traveling through time and space with her beloved friend excited her to no end, and she couldn't wait for more exciting escapades. With a heart full of gratitude and wonder, she drifted off into a peaceful slumber, eagerly anticipating what the future had in store for her.

Sara Jane's POV

As I lay down in bed, my mind wandered to those moments I had with Rose like when we first met, one of the Doctor's companions and the last. I couldn't help but get lost in a sea of thoughts, pondering over several unanswered questions that had been nagging me for some time now since the last time I saw her and the Doctor along with a few companions had saved the Earth and other planets from Davoros the Dalek creator. I wondered where she was now, what she was doing, and whether we would ever get the chance to see each other again. I was curious about the adventures she might be having with the Doctor in the TARDIS, and whether their partnership had continued to blossom. I remembered our brief encounters so vividly, and it made me wonder whether they had managed to save even more planets since we last met. I could feel the love and affection the two had for each other, and it made me wonder whether Rose was still traveling through time and space with the Doctor. Oh, I hoped so even a blind person could see the chemistry they had. It was very clear that they had been the stuff of legends. Their relationship was very different than other friendships he had with me and other companions. Yet I would not have changed a single thing, not for the world going where I went allowed me to do what I do now and meet my son.

Little did Sara Jane know that all of her questions would be answered in due time. At the time when Sara Jane was pondering over various questions, she had no idea that all of those questions would be answered eventually. She might have been feeling uncertain, confused, or even frustrated, but little did she know that in the future, the pieces of the puzzle would fall into place. The answers to her questions would come to light with time, and she would gain clarity and understanding. Even though she couldn't see it then, she could trust that everything would work out in the end. With that, she closed her eyes and allowed sleep to take her, and entered dreamland.

NOTE:

Trying to start and stick to a schedule. Not sure about the days yet but I'm going to try to update the story every week with the hope that I'll be able to put out a chapter every week. Along with posting another book which will also be updated with a chapter every week.

I'm also in the process of editing and rewriting the book because what I had well and truly sucked. If anyone's got any feedback-opinions or criticism please let me know. I'm trying to be a better writer.
