~ Jungkook's POV ~

I woke up and didn't even feel like getting out of bed to deal with this bullshit

" Wake up Kookie " I heard Taehyung whisper in my ear and I smiled, then kissed him

" Come on and get up , it's 6:30 and you need to be in court by 8:00am " He said smiling and walking into the Twins bedroom to get them ready.

I sighed and walking into the bathroom to take a shower. I did my everyday routine.

I put on a nice looking suit and tie before walking out of the bathroom

I walked downstairs to see my babies in the cutest outfits

" They look so cute Tae , you'd should gotm get dressed now " I said kissing him and he nodded and walked upstairs. I walked into the kitchen and fixed the Twins a bowl of cereal and walked upstairs to help Taehyung get ready

" How is this ! " I heard Taehyung say smiling and pointing the his clothes and I nodded and kissed him on the cheek

" You look amazing , my lawyer Jeongyeon should be here soon " I said smiling and wrapping my arms around his waist and kissing him

~ Time Skip ~

Taehyung , the Twins and I walked into the court room with my lawyer beside us. We sat in the front of the court room and I could tell that Taehyung was looking nervous, shouldn't I be the one nervous ?

" It's okay baby , we're gonna win this thing and the we'll go home and be a happy family " I said kissing his forehead and he smiled and nodded

" All rise " We heard the judge says and I stood up respectfully as Taehyung and the twins sat behind me

" We are here because Seo Soojin wants the rights to see her children, Jeon Jeongsan and Janggsan, who are currently living with Jeon Jungkook and Kim Taehyung, is that correct ? " The judge said and we all said yes and Soojin was first to take the stand

" So Ms. Soojin , how old were you when you got pregnant by Jeon Jungkook" Her lawyer , Ms. Lee said to her

" I had just turned 16 years old " She said into the mic

" Did you think you were capable of taking care of two babies and handle school ? " Ms.Lee said to her and Soojin shook her hand no

" As you guys can see , Ms. Soojin was afraid and scared of taking care of two young boys... we all know that she has made a terrible mistakes but now she is a grown woman and ready to step over and do her duties as a mother " Ms. Lee and sat down. My lawyer, Ms.Jeongyeon got up and walking towards Soojin

" Ms. Soojin, on the night of December 13th 2015 , 2 days after you had your babies, what did you do with them ? "

" I-I took them over to their dads house " She was getting nervous

" Oh, so you knocked on the door and gave Mr. Jeon the babies ? "

" Um...Not exactly " She said stuttering

" You took your twins and left them on Mr.Jeon's parent door step while it was freezing outside. They were wrapped in nothing but a thin blanket and they could've died because of hypothermia if Mr.Jeon nor his parents were at home , were you aware of that ? " Ms. Jeongyeon said looking at her and you could tell the jury was looking at her with disgust already

" That was a mistake! I'm more mature now and now I'm ready to take my responsibilities as a mother ! " Soojin said threw her teeth and Jeongyeon smirked and Soojin stepped down

" Jeon Jungkook , come to the stand" The judge said and I nodded and walked up and sat down

" Mr.Jeon , Why are you not allowing Soojin to see her children , she is the mother and she had the right to see her kids " Ms.Lee said looking at me

" Cause she doesn't even take decent care of them! When Janggsan has nightmares and when I ask Soojin to help him fall asleep , she doesn't even do anything , she is just waves him off like its nothing , she doesn't deserve to be a mother to my children! They have a mother and it's not Soojin" I said looking at her with so much hate

" Who is their mother ?" Ms. Lee said confused and I pointed to Taehyung

" Kim Taehyung , he is their mom even though he didn't give birth to them... he has been the one to take care of the twins. He loves and takes care of the twins like their his own children. They even call him Mommy because that's who they look up to as their mom , not Soojin " I said and I looked at Taehyung with so much love

" no further questions" Ms.Lee said sitting down and Jeongyeon walked up to me

" Jungkook, at what age did you have to take care of the twins, along with your parents ? "

" I was also 16 "

" Did you have to juggle school and college while taking care of the twins ? "

" Yes...I finished school and finished collage, then moved to Seoul to became an CEO to give the twins a better life " i said while looking at my babies who were smiling at me and waving

" I raised the twin by myself with out any type of help and I wanna keep it that way. Soojin didnt even want the Twins were she found out that she was pregnant " I said and Jeongyeon nodded and told me to step down

" Your honor , I think I wanna call Kim Taehyung to the stand "
