Solidaster, also known as Goldenrod, has a few meanings including growth, encouragement, caution, good luck and good fortune. The flower also provides support in difficult times. It is still used in many areas my natives to cure ailments. It signifies "help".
On the contrary,
Don't you ever feel that taking favours from people ties you down?
For me personally , when I accept help from someone, I automatically sign an invisible contract to give that person whatever they ask of me the next time , even if it's a way bigger deal than the help they have ever provided me. It's just an ethic that has stuck with me since childhood and I'm pretty sure it's gonna be with me for long.
However , sometimes it gets really pressurizing trying to do it all on my own and not asking for help because it can be used against me. There are very few people in my life whom I can ask for help without feeling like I owe them my whole life.
What would be your take on this?
