Avery and Jameson walk through the series of underground tunnels to reach the garage, where they get into one of the many expensive cars, and drive it through another long tunnel till arriving at a racetrack. Jameson is going over a hundred miles an hour, taking the turns effortlessly. Avery is loving it.

"What do you think?" Jameson asks, looking over at her.

""I think you should keep your eyes on where we are going." Avery replies lightly. They are flying around the track, pushing two hundred mph. Jameson acts like he's done this many times before. Avery is loving the rush of adrenaline.

"Technically, this isn't a race car." Jameson says

"Technically I shouldn't have ditched Eli." Avery adds.

"Technically we shouldn't have left the estate but rules are only broken if you get caught."

"And we won't get caught this time because Eli wouldn't want Oren to know he lost me." Jameson smiles wider at her remembering the last time they did this and the way she thinks like him.

"Exactly. So everything we are doing wrong does not exist, only you and me." Jameson continues driving before finally starting to slow down.

"That was so amazing." Avery exclaims as the car reaches normal speeds.

"It's freeing." Jameson agrees, looking back at her. He reaches over and takes her hand. "Should we head back, or do you want to stay out here a little longer." he adds with one of his signature smiles. Avery doesn't hear this comment because she is lost with him in another time.

"Jameson faxing Hawthorne is in the hot tub." Max sings. They are all up in the cabin at True North. Max and Avery are sharing a room. Avery had noticed Jameson, but wasn't planning on going downstairs or into a hot tub, but Max has a way of convincing her into things. She slips on a black designer bathing suit and a robe before going downstairs and out onto the patio. Slips off the robe and steps into the hot tub. She feels Jamesons eyes on her, but tries to ignore them. They talk some, then fall into a silence. She doesn't know why, but she pushes off her side of the wall, closer to him, and he kisses her.

"Heiress?" Jameson asks, looking at her. It's been a minute and she hasn't answered him. The car's going much slower now, probably dropped to the mid thirties.

"I remember us." Avery says softly, looking at him. Now Jameson is the one to fall silent. He's been waiting and dreading this moment. He doesn't know if she remembered something like their time in Blackwoods or the hot tub, or the stupidest thing he ever said after the shooting in Blackwoods. He slows the car to a stop and looks back over at her. "We were together." Avery says, and Jameson immediately knows what "us" ment. He moves his hand up to cup her face. She leans forward and kisses him. He kisses her back, but they are interrupted by a timer on his phone going off.

"We should get back before everyone starts freaking out." Jameson says reluctantly, his voice horse.

He speeds around the track and back through the tunnel to the garage, where they enter the secret passageways through the walls. He holds her hand as they run through the walls. They pause and he kisses her again, pushing her back up against the wall. She kisses him back, wrapping her arms around his neck. He presses a pattern on the wall, and a door opens right behind Avery causing her to stumble back. Jameson wraps his arms around her, catching her in a dip, while kissing her.

"Beach, you're faxing Jameson and didn't even think to tell me? Your back?!"Max exclaims. Jameson slowly lets Avery go, realizing there are other people in the arcade. Avery flips Max off.

"What?" Xander asks, confused. He's standing shirtless next to Max.

"Playing strip bowling? I don't see pins out, or a bowling ball." Jameson says, ignoring Xanders question. Both Xander and Max blush at this comment, knowing they were doing other things.

"Can someone explain to me what is happening?" Xander asks

"I think Avery and I interrupted something." Jameson says smoothly, taking Avery's hand and leading her out.

"Not so fast." Max says, stopping them. She's not going to let her best friend go without an explanation. "Ave, what did you remember?" Shes curious if Avery remembers what Jameson said to her months ago. By the way she was acting with Jameson, Max doubted she remembered.

"True North." Avery answers, still leaving Xander in the dark. Max shoots Jameson a glare, and he gives his head a small shake. They both know Avery doesn't remember what Jameson said, and he wants to keep it that way.

"What happened at True North?... Wait, I don't want to know, do I?""

"I think you can figure it out." Max says, giving him a quick kiss.

"We should probably head to dinner." Xander suggests, changing the subject and the four of them walk out.
