Thinking always thinking
Does it ever stop?
We're always thinking about big and small things alike
Sometimes a thought will excite us and we end up doing the thought
Sometimes a thought will scare us and we end up avoiding the thought
Fear is what grounds us
It can drive us, stop us, and make us hesitant to try new things
It's a survival mechanism meant to protect us when we feel threatened or uneasy
But it's not a mechanism meant to be on all the time
It shouldn't drive your actions forever
So don't let it
Because then it's not you thinking or driving
It's fear.
