When you flashed your glares of light
You really meant to blind me
Too bright to never see
A frozen, contradictory truth
You're hiding
But if you wanted to, you would
When your eyes touched my words
And your love was too bland to be sweet
Half of it was imprinted as truth
Half of it is drugs
Rebutting my stories
Tolerating your wrongdoings
If you wanted to, you would
But if you wanted to
You would live with honesty
You would block your secrecy
You would apologize sincerely
You would regain my trust peacefully
Because if you wanted to, you would.
But if you don't, you won't.
