From what I understand by the stories Han is telling me is that The Fall of The New Republic has something to do with Thrawn, but Luke seemed to be battle ready for him. Listening to everything what Han was telling up to this point is fascinating
It has been sometime since dawn has passed but for some reason instead of being in the Falcon we are sitting in front of a campfire which Han lighted it up in front Luke's hut
"So did you go to Daiyu?" Finn asked
"Yes we did-"
"I will continue the story" Luke interrupted Han as he came out of his hut and looked at Han "Lighting a fire in front of my hut and narrating everything loud to get me out... was your idea right?"
"Yeah and I knew it would work..." Luke sit next to Han
"First tell me... How is Leia?" He asked
"She is still strong headed... Leads the resistance as if she is still in her young days" Han smiled while talking about her
"Still sounds the same Leia I always knew..." He smirked "Never a day she made it seem like she does not want to do what she does, even if we ever lost a fight she would always ready herself for the next one"
"I still remember the first day when we all met... When we saw her in that cell she put up a brave face throughout our time in the death star, but just sometime before we arrived there she lost her planet" Han gives a proud look
"Bravery is something which runs in our blood Han... when my father was nine he helped the old republic in taking out a enemy space station" This fact surprised all of us... I know very less of Luke's father Anakin so I did not know he was that brave in that age
"Well that explains you going against Vader with very minimal training in cloud city" Han chuckles
"Yeah that did result in my hand being made of steel" He lifts his right hand and we all laugh hearing him
He then looked at Me and Finn. We were sitting right next to each other
"So boy... what's your name?" He asks
"My name is Finn... I was previously a stormtrooper for the First Order by the code FN-2187. I realised that was not my place so I ran until I found the resistance" He replied, whenever I look at him I cannot believe that he was a trooper. Whenever he speaks I only see a good man trying to find his destiny and do what's best for the galaxy, we are great friends and I do not know about him but when I met him in Jakku I felt an instant connection with him I do not know why.
Maybe because there is a lot common in between us... he does not know who he is nor where he comes from and same with me, we both are trying to find our destinies
"What about you girl? Your name?" Luke asks me
"My name is Rey... I was just a scavenger on Jakku-"
"After a long time I have met someone so strong with the Force" He interrupts me "But I do not know if I still have it in me to train you"
"You do... I still feel the force is strong with you. When we arrived here we could not find you but I feel the force guided me to you" He lowered his head as I said this and sighed "If you cannot come with us at least can you train me?" I asked
"I do not know... I will have to think about it" He then looks at Chewie "What have you all have been up to these days"
Ruuurrrrrr
(We recently took out starkiller base which is like a much bigger version of The Death Star)
"This girl right here helped us a lot in that" Han says while looking at me "You should really think about it even I can tell she has great potential"
"Anyways" Luke sighs "Well I was hearing your conversations from inside... you were telling them the reason why I am like this now right?" He asks
"Yes I was any problem?" Han smirks
"May I take it from here?" He asks with a smile
"Please you may... I was finding it a little difficult to narrate them. You are a Jedi so it may sound good from you" Han chuckles
"So... Daiyu, That planet was not under Republic jurisdiction nor Imperial. But Leia had information on that planet, when she was ten she a had memory in that planet and it was with Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi. Now why this part is important cause not only it was our first initiative against Thrawn but also..." He stops speaking as he lowers his head and takes a deep breath making me and Finn wait for his next words
"But also where I first met the love of my life... Mara"
