I've always been drawn to the art of poetry, a way to express my innermost feelings and thoughts. A way to let my soul speak freely, and release the emotions that I've fought. For years, I kept my poetry locked away, a secret world known only to me, a place where I could freely express. All the things that no one else could see. But now, I've found the courage to share, to open up and let my feelings flow, to take the risk of being vulnerable, and let my true self show.

Poetry has become my therapy,a way to heal the wounds inside, to make sense of the confusing world, and find a place where I can reside. Therapy may work for some, But for me, it's the pen and paper, the rhythm and rhyme, the freedom to be a creator.

Through my poetry, I've learned about myself, and the world around me too. I've discovered my strengths and weaknesses, and what I need to do. So now, I share my poetry with the world, hoping that it will touch someone's heart, that it will inspire them to be their true selves, and find their own creative art. For poetry is not just words on a page, it's a way to connect with the soul, to share our deepest fears and hopes, and make us feel whole.

The Soul

The soul is a mystery,
A depth beyond measure,
Yet there are ways to reach it,
To feel its boundless treasure.

Nature can be a pathway,
A source of peace and calm,
As we soak in its beauty,
Our souls become a balm.

Music can be a language,
That speaks to our very core,
As we let it move us deeply,
Our souls can soar.

Love can be a connection,
That opens up our hearts,
As we share our deepest selves,
Our souls are never apart.

Creativity can be an outlet,
A way to express our soul,
As we let our inner selves out,
Our souls can be made whole.

In the end, the way to the soul,
Is unique to every individual,
But as we explore and seek,
Our souls can become indivisible.
