Chapter 13: Fighting For My Love
Amy's POV
I was nearing the warehouse Rouge was talking about. It had been a grueling 30 minute walk over here. It's hot outside, I'm beaten and bruised, but I'm not stopping until I save Tikal. I swear if Scourge has done anything to her, I'll kill him. I finally made it and found a way in. I needed to be careful just in case they had any form of security. I eased my way in, keeping an eye and ear out for any traps. The further I got in, the more noise I heard. I must be getting close. I eventually reach a corner where I can see light on the other side. I peek around to see Scourge pacing impatiently.
"Rouge said she would be right out. Figures she would be doing extra with Pinky. Don't blame her, but I never took her to be a lesbian since she was always up Sonic's ass. Well that's a shame. But you must be happy to get her." He said as he looked over to Tikal. She was tied to a chair, ropes over her breasts, hands tied behind the chair, feet tied to the legs, and a cloth tied tightly across her lips.
The sight of that made my blood boil. I can't just run in guns blazing, though, as I would be history in less than 2 seconds. Think, Amy, think. You can do this. Tikal is counting on you. You'll never get to spend the rest of your life with her, and you'll never forgive yourself either. Here's some food for thought, I need to get Scourge away from Tikal long enough to untie her and escape before he even know what's happening. I look around to find something to throw, in which I find a piece of random junk lying around and throw it as far as I can. It clangs upon impact with the ground, making Scourge's turn around so fast, you would of thought his body would've started spinning.
"Who's there?" He asked, pulling out a gun. He looked over at Tikal. "Not a fucking peep. Got it?"
She nodded her head and he was off.
This is my chance. I ran put and over to Tikal, who went wide-eyed when she saw me.
"Keep quiet, baby, I'm getting us out of here." I tell her as I remove the gag.
"Amy, you're OK! I'm so happy to see you!" She whispered quietly in an excited tone.
I undid her leg ropes and was onto her chest ropes when she screamed. Fuck, this can't be good.
"Amy, get your ass out here right fucking now." Scourge growled.
I slowly got up from behind Tikal's chair.
"What, dude?"
"What do you mean what? You're untying my hostage, that's what! You thought your little distraction was enough? Well, it wasn't. You're not leaving with the girl or the Master Emerald."
"Wait, Master Emerald?" I asked, puzzled. "You guys stole the Master Emerald?"
"Yes. And where's Rouge?"
"Tied up at my place where she belongs. It's just me and you now! Let Tikal and the Master Emerald go and we'll call it even." I say.
"You think I'm scared of you?" Scourge laughed. "Tell you what, Pinky, how about I give you 10 minutes with your little bitch here, then you get lost, I leave with both, and we call it a day. Deal?"
"No fucking way!"
"Well tough shit because those are the only options you have!"
"Then fight me."
"Excuse me?"
"That's right. Fight me."
Scourge began laughing hysterically.
"You can't be fucking serious, Amy, you really can't. You want to fight me? HA HA!" He laughed.
I then walked over and decked him right in the jaw. I then towered over him.
"Get up and fight me, you fucking pussy." I growled as he got up.
"You've got a pretty good punch for a girl. Now try this on for size." He said as he punched me in the jaw.
Yeah, this might not have been a good idea after all as that punch sent me staggering back.
"FUCK!" I yelled out, holding my throbbing jaw.
"See? You can't even take a punch." Scourge mocked.
"You know anyone who can take a punch like that?"
"I literally just did." He said.
I then ran and kicked him in his leg, making him stumble and then elbowed the back of his head, followed by him tripping me and pinning me to the ground by holding my arms.
"Get off me!" I struggle.
"Nah, I've got my one change to take what's my if you know what I mean."
"My vagina belongs to the girl tied to the chair over there!" I yell as I knee him where the sun doesn't shine, then punch him in the nose, getting him off.
"Still think I fight like a girl?" I say as I go to kick him, but he quickly grabs my leg and twists me down to the ground.
"Yeah, you don't fight like a girl, you fight a bitch!"
"Man, I fucking hate you so much." I tell him.
"You want to fight hand to hand? Then let's fight hand to hand." Scourge said as he pulled out his gun, unloaded the clips, and tossed the weapon across the room, then removed his shades and jacket. "Lose the gun. I know you have one."
I sigh and pull out the gun I took from Rouge, unload the clip, and throw it aside.
"Amy, please be careful." Tikal said, worry evident in her voice.
"Don't worry, babe, we'll be heading home soon." I tell her.
"Don't count on it, toots." Scourge said as we began to square each other up.
"So what happened here? Did Sonic reject you so many times you turned gay?" He teased, trying to rattle me.
"You learn new things about yourself after a while. Did you not have this conversation with Rouge when you figured out she slept with girls?" I shot back.
"All we talked was business." He said as he dodged my first punch attempt.
"Highly doubt that." I say.
"Well, believe what you want, but I know what happened."
"You're such a trustworthy person." I mock before he hits me in the chest. I counter by actually hitting him in the gut.
"Ooof! Think you're cool, huh? Got you a shot in?"
I jump kick him in the face.
"I think you forgot who I am."
"Amy the pothead? Yeah, I've heard Rouge's stories."
"That doesn't affect me anymore. Nobody is perfect. We all make mistakes and we have to learn from them and get better."
"Save me the sob story and fight me." Scourge as we got more aggressive and went straight into fighting. Scourge got some good blows and I got some good blows, but I could tell he was getting the upper hand. I was holding my own but I could feel the pain catching up to me and I was fading fast. I went to punch, but I missed, leaving me open and Scourge took advantage of the opening, landing a massive uppercut to my chin and knocking me clean to the ground.
"Amy!" Tikal cried in fear, struggling hard to free herself of her ropes, but she couldn't break through.
"You gave it a hell of a ride, Pinky, but it ends here." Scourge said as he grabbed me by my throat.
"No! Put her down now!" Tikal yelled, tears streaming out of her eyes.
I could feel my breath leaving me as his grip got tighter.
"S-scourge, l-let go." I strained out.
"Let's end this game of ours!" Scourge said with a wicked grin.
This was it. I can't go out like this, not in front of Tikal. I've got one last chance, and if I miss, I'm as good as dead. I used all the strength and kick him in the gut, making him loosen his grip enough for me to get air back in my lungs. I then headbutted him, which hurt like hell, but it hurt him too. I proceeded to pummel him with punches, getting him to the ground and continuing to wail on him. I can't let him get back up because I'm sure I'm toast if he does, but I think I got him right where I want him. It took about 2 minutes, but he finally fell, too delirious, bloodied, and bruised to get up.
"Damn, not bad, Pinky." He got out before he fell out defeated.

Holy shit, I beat Scourge in a fist fight.
"Tikal." I say, feeling the pain from the fight begin to hit me.
"Amy, you did it!" She cheered as I walked over and finished untying her.
"You ok, baby?" I ask.
"I'm free and you're alive." She answered as she pulled me into a kiss. Man, it hasn't been that long, but I missed her soft lips on mine.
Then, a loud noise was made.
"What now?" I complain as I got in front of Tikal to protect her from whatever that noise was, even though I was in no shape to start another fight.
Knuckles, followed by Sonic, ran in.
"Amy, what are you doing here?" Sonic asked.
"You know, just saving the day, just like you." I say as a feel my legs buckle below me, making Tikal have to catch me. "Knux, the Master Emerald is in the corner."
"You found the Master Emerald before I did? How did you do it?" Knuckles asked.
"I got Rouge to tell me. She and Scourge here teamed up to not only steal it, but kidnapped Tikal, and tried to kill me. If not for Blaze, she would have. But I took care of Scourge and saved Tikal." I explained.
"Hell yeah, Amy, you're awesome!" Knuckles exclaimed as he retrieved the Master Emerald.
"Excellent job, Amy! I'm proud of ya!" Sonic winked, giving me thumbs-up, in which I smiled. "I'll take care of Scourge. You go to the hospital and get checked out."
"I'll make sure she does." Tikal stated as she helped me up. "But you'll have to give directions."
"I got you, gorgeous." I say, making Tikal blush as we make our way out of the building. "Scourge didn't touch you inappropriately, did he?"
"Shockingly, no."
"Good, but I would've went back to kill him if he did."
"I know you would have, babe." Tikal giggled as we made our way to the hospital.
