Clawdeen had a thermometer in her mouth as she fought the urge to cough. it had been raining the other day and since she had a talk with her mother a week ago about Clawdeen's traumatic thunderstorm incident, Clawdeen wasn't afraid of them anymore she would only jump a little but she never screamed anymore. so she decided to do her patrol in the pouring rain which on the one paw was a good idea because she saved 2 kids from falling off a cliff but on the other paw she got a long scolding from Draculaura and Clawd for being out in the pouring rain. soon the thermometer beeped and Clawd took it out of her mouth

Clawd: yep, 103, that's a fever alright. that's what you get for going outside in the rain

Clawdeen just sneezed and Clawd handed her a tissue

Clawdeen: N-No! *cough* I'm Fine! I Have To Go On Patrol-

she was cut off by coughing more and started shaking. Frankie tried hugging her to warm her up but it didn't work

Draculaura: I told you! this is karma for not listening to me!

Clawdeen: I-I Don't Care! I'm Goi- *sneeze* Going!

Clawdeen sat up but Draculaura hardly pushed her back down

Draculaura: Don't Sit Up! Are You Stupid?

Clawdeen let out a small whimper as her ears lowered and she looked away. Draculaura's expression softened

Draculaura: listen, I'm sorry Deen, I shouldn't have pushed you, I'm just upset that you didn't listen to us

Clawdeen: I know.. I'm sorry too, I just- *sneeze*

Clawdeen went into another coughing fit, Draculaura chuckled and kissed her furry forehead and tucked her in

Draculaura: I forgive you, do you need anything? water, a snack, cuddle?

Clawdeen: actually there is one thing

Clawd: what is it sis?

Clawdeen: I need you guys to go on my patrol, please?

Draculaura: is that it? that's easy

Clawdeen: and when you come back, report back to me what happened

Clawd: got it, Frankie you coming?

Frankie: nah, I'll just stay here and take care of Deen

Draculaura: alright

OUTSIDE

Clawd and Draculaura were walking around and nothing seemed strange, the three kids were at home safe, no sign of Askari, Luni, Crabgrass or Drongo

Draculaura: looks like everyone is inside which means we're out here alone, which means

Draculaura knocks Clawd to the ground and kisses him and they have some tongue action. Clawd manages to push her off

Clawd: Whoa Babe! we have to report back to Clawdeen or she'll cut off out heads

Draculaura: alright, but after we are coming back out here

Clawd: alright! geez, your scary

Draculaura winked at him and they started walking back toward Monster High

Clawd: you know, we might get a break today

suddenly the wind picked up and a green light appeared in front of them and Drongo appeared

Drongo: miss me?

Clawd: why do I open my big mouth?

Draculaura: Get Out Of Here Or We'll Kick Your Ass!
