Remember, this is a rough overview not ultimate. If you're planning to finish writing or start writing books, then adhere to this timeline.

For BTS categories, I'm introducing new slots.

These slots aren't ultimate and writers can apply even after slot filling, but there are limitations.

Those who apply after slot fillings can not apply in any grand category, unless the jury finds the book deserving enough to be considered in the grand category.

Here are slots in few categories -

8) Ships                15

10) One shots      10

Other categories do not have any slots. You can apply as much as you want in the given frame of time.

The rules remain same, you can apply as much books as you want but only 3-5 will be nominated, depending on your excellence.

Remember, if you've applied more than one book in the same category, then it will be counted as one slot.

For example, if you've applied three books in NJ category, then all three of them will be marked as the filling of one slot and not three slot. This is to ensure maximum number of submissions.

Your three books (for example) will be judged independently as three different books but for the slots, it will be treated as one.

- Addition to reading list

- Addition to my upcoming book   "Rosecherry reccomends"

-  Account promotion, book  promotion through message  board

-  Votes, follows, comments and  more

- Various giveaways for graphics
- Banners, themes, covers, moodboards, character aesthetics and more.

- Through all these activities, a small community will be formed

- Those who have potential but didn't win/get nominated by slight difference will be added to hall of fame showdown.

- Entire catalog of winners and nominees of grand categories will be showcased in this section of the book with tips, sneak peaks, suggestions by the winners/nominees.
