Kinda the same thing with Akaza and Doma, I don't think Doma actually cares for Kokushibo in reality, I mean maybe he respects him but it is known that Doma is kinda scared of him. Kokushibo does not seem to really care for Doma as much either. But I feel like the two did actually get along I feel like they would not make to much of a bad pairing, I love the dynamic going on between them kinda though. Though not sure how Kokushibo and Doma's personality would collide in their relationship-
