I don't know how old is Mugako so can't say anything about that, but uh I don't think this is a terrible pair to me. I personally think it is kinda cute in a way? Knowing they are both lowermoons, they might have a possible chance of interacting before the beginning of the anime. Because I don't see the two interacting, can't wait it all that high. I think it is cute in an way, I really like the dynamic for some reason, but honestly I don't think this is exactly terrible, I just don't have enough reason to ship these two.
