Poem 14

A Pretty Red Rose,
That comes in a box,
The first gift you ever gave me,
It's way better than socks,

I'll never forget that Rose,
It's never left my piano,
I set it there as a reminder,
Even if it is absolutely random,

Oh, how something so small,
Yet, something so big,
Can mean so much to someone,
It's nowhere near just a mere twig,

That Rose is like our love,
It's not going anywhere,
It's never ending,
Not here, nor there,

I'm so in love with you,
And I hope you know,
Darling, your love is more than worth
It's weight in gold ❤️
