"it was once the seedship sidonia, a colony vessel, that was used to escape earth do to being attacked by aliens they couldn't hope to defeat at the time, in fact there are only two known weapons with the capability to my knowledge anyway, the first is the kabizashi spears and rounds, the second was our spears of longinus, speaking of this is where unit-13, and the autonomous assault arks were placed" i said
"you said it was once the seedship sidonia, it appears to be completely intact, so what is wrong with it" ritsuko asked
"nothing, i claimed it before it was deconstructed, it was already gutted when i got my hands on it, i equipped it with a slipspace engine and brought it here, this is a highly-classified location, no-one is allowed here, as i made it clear to the other nations that if they wanted me to upgrade my emperor piece, my modifications would be secret, i have a few officers who know of this location but are sworn to secrecy, sidonia is my mobile laboratory, using my quantum-protostar-warpcore, or QPWC for short, it is currently the fastest vessel out there with the exception being the autonomous assault arks" i said
"wait what do you mean with the exception" misato asked worriedly
"first remember besides the WUNDER which is under your control, i have control over the other three" i said, that did calm here down
"and to answer your question, how do you think i travelled across the multiverse" i asked
"you used the dirac sea, meaning an autonomous assault ark" ritsuko said, i nodded
"the angels were little more then mindless beasts, and i know this because if the twelfth angel of the neon genesis timeline for example used it's power at all effectively it would have been untouchable because it could literally teleport anywhere it wishes, through the use of the dirac sea, we will need to head down to the surface first so i can unlock my powers once more" i said
"wouldn't that set off alarm bells" misato asked, i shook my head
"azrael is still my unit, no one but me has claim to it, if i choose to retake what is mine that is my choice" i said
"what will happen" ritsuko asked curiously
"unit-01 and i would remerge as what happened when i was sasuke uchiha and i would reclaim it's power becoming azrael, the seraph of silence, among numerous other titles" i said
"will this be dangerous" misato asked worriedly, i paused
"define dangerous" i said
"will it harm anyone" misato asked
"technically no" i said
"technically" misato asked her voice getting gradually louder as she began to panic
"the only person this will affect is me misato" i said, she calmed down at that
"how is it technically not dangerous" misato asked
"i am taking on a huge amount of power, i call myself a seraphim, because i am an angel and i am also not an angel, as such.......... think of it as an EVA taking damage, what happens" i asked
"ah so while it isn't dangerous it is painful" ritsuko said in understanding
"very, i will also need to fetch my driver" i said
"your driver" misato asked
"it's a filter for my power, so the power doesn't overwhelm and kill me, don't worry i have two different filters in place as well as several plans, i will be fine, it will simply hurt like hell" i said in a reassuring tone to alleviate her fears, she nodded
"also i warn you now, i expect obedience and loyalty, you will not question me in front of the men, or you will be punished if you must question me request a meeting in the ready room understood" i said
"understood" misato said
"good, helm bring is to dock, at the standard starship drydock, and put this ship under refit, and rechristening" i said
"understood sir" he said
"rechristening" misato asked
"indeed, this will be the NSS: EMISSARY, NERV starship is what the NSS stands for, it will be the only ship of it's class, and it's type, as it will be quite small by comparison to the rest of the ship our fleet
"why are you renaming it" misato asked
"because leonidas has been the name of my flagship since i got this vessel, it is synonymous with my command, a symbol" i said
"as such you will want a vessel that shows your rank and authority, a dreadnought" ritsuko said
"a dreadnought carrier yes" i said
"so are you going to design a new ship for yourself" she asked
"already done it, project S, the S standing for starship, and i actually designed an entire fleet, or at leas i have made rough blueprints of the vessels which are based on starfleet standard starships from the late 23 century, some are carbon copies others are my own designs, the zodiac-class starship, is to be my new flagship" i said
