Before meeting Calista I was cold-hearted and mean well I still am but only when she's around I'm truly happy. The word happiness wasn't even in my vocabulary or wasn't an emotion I thought I could feel and another one is that the word love is in there as well.

Over the past few weeks, we've become close she helps me with more chores, reads on my bed while I create new little monsters to scare others with and she's been teaching me how to throw knives, and shoot guns and Calista has taught me how to use her bow and arrows but as of right now I'm watching her shoot a hollow at the same time as Miss Peregrine

"Here we go. God, they're such ugly fucking creatures," she whispers pulling out a silver arrow and pulling back as she lets it fly at the same time as Miss Peregrine does killing it instantly I can hear the noise but I can't see them

"That's an amazing aim you have you have Little Huntress." Miss Peregrine shouts "Thank you I learnt from the best." She said walking over towards the hollow and shooting it again before pulling out her arrows and throwing a homemade Molotov cocktail burning the body behind her and making me laugh

"How come you use silver arrowheads and bullets?" I ask taking one of her arrows out of her quiver and looking it over "Because it burns them from the inside out. When I was on one of my solo missions I ran out of bullets and arrows so I threw a fork that was the closest thing to me." looking at her as if she was crazy

"What?" I started laughing a little "Yes, I threw a fork but it just wasn't any fork it was pure silver. I watched as it went straight through the hollow causing it to burn, once the hollow was dead I picked up the fork took it back with me and told Grandpa the rest is history." she told me "That's certainly something but what about your knives when did they come into the whole huntress story?" i asked

"Well Grandpa brought me this cool knife set when I was fourteen it was a Japanese ring dagger set I just got into a bad argument with Dad and I slammed my door hard you could feel the room shake when it happened and I picked one up and threw it into my wall as hard as I could and it made a hole in the wall it was deep like only you could see the edge of the ring. It took me a while to get it out but thankfully I was able to put something over it." making me laugh

"So your parent do about it till this day?" she shook her head "Nope." making me laugh Her hand touches the railing she falls back catching her just in time "Miss Peregrine!" I call out she rushes over "She having a vision, Abe told me about this don't move her." nodding my head and looking down at Calista who's twitching a little

"When are you going to find Abe?" a lady asked "I've found him in Florida, I'm keeping an eye on him and his family." Barron said "How come we can't do it no-" "It takes time and patience Ms Edwards you should know that! If we start going to the loops we'll alert the huntress. She's killed the hollows we only have five left until I get the information out of Abe about where Miss Peregrine Loop is and who the huntress is then we can strike Ms Edwards so sit down and chillax woman Jesus!"

I wake up in Enoch's arms with Miss Peregrine looking at me along with the other children "We need to talk now." I said Ms Peregrine nodded her head "I'm coming with you." Enoch said following behind us and closing the office door "What happened?" Miss peregrine asked

"He knows." Miss peregrines eyes widen "Who knows?" Enoch asked, "Barron he knows where Grandpa is he's watching my family." I told them "Your not going back there are you?" Enoch asked "No I'm not I'm safer here than there. He's not only going after Grandpa." I told them

"Who's he coming after also?" Enoch asked "He's coming after us." Miss Peregrine said staring at me and nodding my head "Wait what?" looking at Enoch "Enoch do you remember the experiment that was used to create hollows?" Miss Peregrine asked "Yes where he used a Ymbryens to become immortal, he's going to start it again isn't he?" we both nod our heads

"Yes but he's going to collect fifteen of Ymbryens and use them and Miss Peregrine is one of them but she's the last to be taken." I told him "But what does that have to do with you Calista?" running my hand through my hair before crossing my arms

"Before he kills Grandpa he wants information about our location and my name because then Barron will know what loop I'm protecting and once Grandpa is dead they're going a search for me and the Ymbryens them for the experiment and for me to be killed I've got a bounty on my head." looking at him

" That's why you've been training me. Once they start raiding loops you're going to leave to find them." shaking my head "Eno-" he slams the door open before storming up to his room looking at Miss Peregrine we both wince hearing him slam his door"Go to him I'll take them on a walk." smiling at her "Children time for our daily walk!" she shouts "I'll get Enoch." Olive said, "No let Enoch be he's a bit angry right now." Miss Peregrine said as i started walking up the stairs
