In the heart of Mirkwood, where the ancient trees stood sentinel and the air hummed with the enchantment of the forest, Legolas, the noble guardian of the woodland realm, and his beloved wife, Y/N, dwelled in harmony with nature's rhythms. Their love, a tapestry woven with the threads of time, bound them together in an unbreakable bond.

One morning, as golden light filtered through the canopy, Legolas noticed the sad expression on Y/N's pale, yet beautiful face. " Melamin? You do not seem well..." he inquired, concern lacing his voice.

Y/N managed a weak smile, but before she could respond, darkness enveloped her, and she collapsed into unconsciousness. Panic surged through Legolas as he knelt by her side, calling out for aid.

The palace healer hurried to Y/N's side, tending to her with swift expertise. As she regained consciousness, Y/N found Legolas hovering over her, his eyes filled with worry and confusion.

"My love," Legolas murmured, relief evident in his voice. "What happened? Are you alright? Why did you not tell me, Mela?" Legolas asked softly, his voice filled with a mixture of concern and hurt. "Why keep such a joyous secret from me?"

Y/N's cheeks flushed with embarrassment as she averted her gaze. "I feared your reaction," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "I was afraid you wouldn't be ready for this, or that it would burden you."

Legolas reached for her hand, his touch gentle yet firm. "Melamin," he said, his voice filled with warmth and reassurance. "Our child is a blessing, a testament to our love. I may have been surprised, but I am overjoyed. We will face this together, as we have faced everything else."

And as they kissed, enveloped in the quiet sanctuary of their woodland home, Y/N felt a weight lift from her shoulders. In that moment, amidst the whispers of Mirkwood, she knew that their love would guide them through the journey ahead, illuminating the path with its unwavering light.
