                       f͟l͟a͟s͟h͟b͟a͟c͟k͟,̲ n͟o͟ o͟n͟e͟s͟ p̲o͟v͟

      It's the last night at U18 camp together and Keiran and Paige are currently hanging out with Caitlin and Hailey while they had the chance to, they were all planning on going their separate ways, different colleges and they have grown to be close after all the years getting called up with each other, as the movie they were watching came to an end Hailey and Caitlin decide to head to their own shared hotel room leaving Paige and Kieran alone as they semi preferred to be, this night was different though, Kieran felt nervous about being so close to Paige she felt like her heart was going to burst out. They turned on another movie as Paige looked over and caught Kieran staring, confused she asked "Can I help you?" In a playful tone Kieran rolls her eyes and says "No mads you cannot" They both smile bashfully and look away from each other, Paige's gaze on Kieran's face lingers a little longer

      I knew that you could have feelings for a girl but I never considered myself gay even though I do not like boys at all, normally being this close to Paige doesn't faze me I simply saw her as a best friend that's all I repeat that in my head as she cuddles closer, as I feel her breath on my neck, as my heart beat starts to quicken. I jump up startling Paige and I start rambling "Paige I'm so sorry but I'm Gay we know this but I think I have feelings for you and ireallywannakissyou," I say all in one breath waiting for her response, did I just do that all bad thoughts rattle my mind as I'm thinking the worst I feel soft lips on mine, we kiss but don't talk about it when the movie goes off we go into our separate rooms to sleep, however when I wake up in the morning Paige is gone, stuff packed and she just left, I know it was the last day but jeez no goodbye no hug no anything, I thought we were friends.
